Solutions to common issues you might encounter.

Comparison stuck on "Processing"

If your comparison has been processing for more than 5 minutes:

  • Refresh the page to check for updates
  • Some models may be experiencing high load
  • Try creating a new comparison with fewer models
  • Check our status page for service issues

Custom integration not working

If your custom integration fails:

  • Verify the base URL is correct and accessible
  • Check that the model identifier matches your endpoint
  • Ensure your API key (if required) is valid
  • Use the "Test Connection" button to debug
  • Check if your endpoint uses HTTPS

Reached prompt limit

If you've reached your monthly prompt limit:

  • Wait for the monthly reset (1st of each month)
  • Upgrade to a higher tier for more prompts
  • Check your usage in Settings to see when limits reset

Can't see premium models

If premium models aren't showing:

  • Premium models require Pro or Enterprise tier
  • Check that you're logged in
  • Verify your subscription is active
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh

Model responses are empty or cut off

If model responses appear incomplete:

  • The model may have hit its token limit
  • Some models have context length restrictions
  • Try shortening your prompt
  • Check if the model supports your prompt type

Voting not saving

If your votes aren't being saved:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're logged in
  • Try refreshing the page and voting again
  • Clear browser cache if the issue persists
