How are AI model costs calculated?
Costs are calculated based on token usage (input + output tokens) multiplied by the provider's per-token pricing. We display estimated costs for transparency, but actual billing depends on your subscription tier.
Can I use PromptPit for commercial projects?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise tiers are suitable for commercial use. The Enterprise tier includes additional features like private comparisons and higher limits for business use cases.
Are my prompts private?
Free tier comparisons are public by default. Pro and Enterprise users can create private comparisons that are only visible to them. We never share your prompts with third parties beyond the AI providers needed to generate responses.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your comparisons and data remain accessible. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, private comparisons become public. You can export your data before canceling.

Which AI models are best for coding?

Can I export my comparison data?
Yes, Pro and Enterprise users can export comparison data including prompts, responses, and metrics in JSON or CSV format from the Dashboard.
How often are leaderboards updated?
Leaderboard scores are updated in real-time as users submit votes. Model rankings may shift as more votes come in.
