The prompts you submit remain your property. However, by submitting prompts marked as public, you grant PromptPit a non-exclusive license to display and share those prompts with other users.

PromptPit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.
